Deep Roots in Germantown

The Neighborhood

European Inspired, Locally Informed

Taking inspiration from town squares in Europe, Thornwood is designed to bring the best of living, shopping, and dining into one convenient location for both residents and the surrounding community. We host community events, partner with neighbors like the Germantown Performing Arts Center, the Germantown Athletic Club, and nearby beautiful parks and public services such as the Germantown Library, to help create connections for a walkable, neighborhood destination in the heart of Germantown.

Testimonials

It is a very beautiful neighborhood, I for sure would choose it for having my home there.

It is close to parks, libraries, shops, grocery stores, clinics, schools and everything necessary for a comfortable level of living. It seems also a very safe area, and you feel comfortable walking the streets there. It is very appropriate for a family or even single persons because it offers a peaceful place, plus with all the commodities of having all necessary stores, doctors, schools, near.

Great layout & great dining selection with more to come. Mixed-use living the way it should be. Parking garage underneath the retail is never full and just steps away from elevator. Performing Arts Center including new outdoor Grove, Athletic Club, park, and every retail all within walking distance.

Nice little cozy area to shop in some unique places and a few familiar ones.
